The author, Rabbi Avraham Lanyado, was born in 1535 and lived in Safed. As mentioned in the introduction, he studied under the renowned Rabbi Yosef Karo. He was the son-in-law of Rabbi Shmuel Lanyado, known as the "Baal HaKeilim." Between the years 1603–1604, he resided in Venice, where he printed the book *Kli Yakar* for his father-in-law, as well as the present book. Later, he served as a rabbi in Aram Tzova (Aleppo) until his death around 1620.
240 pages, 19.5 cm.
Very good condition except for a few wormholes on the first four pages. White paper. Old parchment binding with stitching ties.
