Letter of Approbation Given to the Holy Kabbalist Rabbi Yissachar Teomim Frankel, and Signed by HaRav HaKadosh R' David Zvi Shlomo Lelover zt”l.
Letter of approbation, written on parchment, for the Jerusalemite Kabbalist, Rabbi Yissachar Teomim Frankel. The letter provides detailed genealogical information about Rabbi Frankel from both his father's and mother's sides.
After detailing his lineage, the letter recommends accepting him with open arms and extending charity to him, as he is compelled to gather funds due to the challenging economic situation of his family and the expenses of his son's marriage, described as "a very noble and praised firstborn, distinguished in the gates of our city for his pleasant praise."
At the end of the document is the signature of the HaRav HaKadosh R' David Zvi Shlomo of Lelover zt”l.

He was respected by all the residents of the city, including the Arab population and the Turkish authorities.
Good condition, with a minor flaw in the lower corner affecting a small part of the text. The letter of recommendation and the genealogical scroll are written in a skilled and neat script. Presented within an attractive frame.
