ספר אשלי רברבי, שלחן ערוך יורה דעה עם טורי זהב ושפתי כהן. פיורדה, תפ"ה (1725). דפוס רבי שמואל בונפט.
הגהות רבות בכת"י עתיק. באחת ההערות (דף ר"י - 2) הכותב מזכיר "...מקובלני מאמ"ו". רוב ההערות הן ביאורים בדברי הש"ך וסיכום תוכן דבריו והמסקנה.
מצב טוב-בינוני, חסר שער. חלק מההערות קצוצות. כריכה ישנה עם שדרת עור.
