An elegant set, Tikun Sofrim 'Torat Emet' with the 'Order of the Prayers' - Amsterdam 1826 - at the end of the book of Numbers are six rare pages, a list of names of those who sign in advance for the purchase of the Pentateuch in the cities of Holland.

An elegant set, engraved and arranged by the well-known orderer and proofreader Rabbi Gabriel B.H. Isaac Falk. Brought to print by Rabbi Naftali Levenstam, Rabbi of the Ashkenazim in Amsterdam.

At the beginning of each volume, there is a gate with an engraving illustration, Moses and Aaron, Mount Sinai and the Temple.

At the end of the book of Numbers are six rare pages that list the names of those who signed in advance to buy the Pentateuch in the cities of Holland. These pages are not listed in the bibliography.

Many page counts. We have all the volumes in their entirety.

Good condition. Fine print, on quality paper. preserved paper.

Some loose pages in the book of names. A single moth hole in the cover of the book of Numbers and one in the cover of Deuteronomy. the book of Genesis's cover is worn with noticeable defects on the spine. The bindings do not match. Little wear on the covers. Stains on the pages of Leviticus, Numbers and Deuteronomy. Paper pasted on pages that were loose in Deuteronomy. Preserved and high-quality paper.

דפים אחדים רופפים בספר שמות. נקב עש בודד בכריכת חומש במדבר ואחד בכריכת חומש דברים. כריכת ספר בראשית בלויה עם פגמים ניכרים בשדרה. הכריכות לא תואמות. בלאי מועט בכריכות. כתמים בדפים בחומשים ויקרא, במדבר ודברים. הדבקות בנייר בדפים שהיו רופפים בחומש דברים. נייר שמור ואיכותי.
