The Admo"r of Zhvil's Marriage Certificate Signed by his Father, the Admo"r Rabbi Mordechai of Zhvil. 1954
Marriage certificate of Rabbi Avraham Goldman, eventually the Admo"r of Zhvil, signed by his father, the Admo"r Rabbi Mordechai of Zhvil.
The Admo"r Rabbi Mordechai Goldman [1905-1981] was the son of the Admo"r Rabbi Gedaliah Moshe of Zhvil. He served as Admo"r for decades after his father's passing in 1950. Aside from being a tremendous Talmudic scholar, he was also known for his deeds of lovingkindness and as a salvation-worker. He is known by the name of his book, Yikra D'Malka. Refer to Encyclopedia L'Chassidut III, 193, for more about him. His son Rabbi Avraham was appointed Admo"r after his own father's passing - from 1979 until passing away in 2010. Some of his Torah thoughts appear in the the Ohr Avraham books.
