Mili DeBedichuta by Rabbi Tzvi Hirsch Moshe, 1881. On the title page, there is an owner's stamp belonging to the gaon Meir Dan Plotzky "Meir Dan son of Ch. Y. zt"l Plotzky, Av Beit Din of Ostrov, in the Lomza region."
The renowned gaon Meir Dan Plotzky (1866-1928 Otzar HaRabbanim 13049) was a rabbinic leader in Poland in the early 20th century. He was one of the founders of Agudat Yisrael in Poland and a member of the Council of Torah Sages, a disciple of Rabbi Chaim Elazar Wachs, author of Nefesh Chayah, and of Rabbi Yehoshua of Kutna, author of Yeshuot Malko. He was appointed rabbi of Dvart in 1891. He was among those active in exposing the forged Talmud Yerushalmi by Shlomo Friedlander. The book is bound with Drush Tefillat Yesharim and with Divrei Moshe.
