S.A. JEWISH NEW YEAR ANNUAL OF THE S.A. JEWISH OBSERVER ISSUED BY THE UNITED MIZRACHI ORGANISATION OF SOUTH AFRICA. A newspaper published by the United Mizrachi Organization in South Africa which deals with the religious Jewish community in Africa and the Jewish world in general.
A newspaper on the topic of the festivals of the month of Tishrei and news from the Jewish world, published annually before Rosh Hashana in a one-time publication and containing a summary of the year, news from Jewish communities throughout the world, advertisements, articles on topics of prayers and cantorial music, articles on the topic of how the religious community deals with the outside world, and more. Before us are four issues from the years 1963-1967. In the 1967 issue is an interesting review with photographs from the events of the Six Day War. On the title page is a photograph of people praying at the freed Western Wall.
