Interesting and Rare Letter with Blessings Handwritten by the First Admo"r of Stropkov, with a Blessing that we "Merit the Complete redemption this Month"!!

Lengthy letter [over 110 words!] handwritten and signed by the Admo"r Rabbi Avraham Shalom Halberstam of Stropkov, son of the sacred Admo"r Rabbi Yechezkel Shraga of Shinova, son of Der Heiliger Sanzer, the Divrei Chaim. Sent to the benefactor R' Tzvi Harris. Stropkov, Nissan, 1929. Letters in his script are extraordinarily rare!

In this interesting letter, the Admo"r expresses his appreciation upon receipt of a donation, and wholeheartedly blesses him, "May Hashem assist [you] and [your] mother to experience salvation in all matters; may Hashem send healing to [your] children ... a complete recovery from Heaven, and may [you] achieve honor and success and experience salvation in all matters. Sincerely, signing with a blessing for life and peace and all goodness, selah, and may we merit the complete redemption this month[!!], the youth Shalom Halberstam."

After the signature, the Admo"r adds an interesting passage about his deep debts "because I must support my children and my children's children, as none of them are in business; all of them only study Torah. Sincerely, as above." Next to this is his official stamp, "the small one, Shalom Halberstam, son of the tzaddik of Shinova."

Refer to the Hebrew catalog text for a brief biography of Rabbi Avraham Shalom of Stropkov.
