Knesset HaGdolah by Rabbi Chaim Benvenisti on Choshen Mishpat [Chapter 1-427, Chapters1-156, in the Batra edition]. Izmir, 1734.
Leaves 4–391. Missing three leaves at the beginning. At the end, damaged margins and leaves. Moth holes in the margins by the binding.
Over thirty glosses on the margins from G'dolei Israel, some signed.
* Rishon LeTzion Rabbi Avraham Ashkenazi. There are several glosses, two of them signed, with his initials"ה"א אני" which is how he signs in his responsa of Rabbi Avraham Ashkenazi, published by Ahavat Shalom.
* A gloss signed "יש"ב ס"ט" on leaf 308,a. This is probably the anonymous Tunisian ga'on whose glosses are printed in the important book 'Limudei Hashem' by the 'Mahari Najar' (Livorno, 1787).
* A gloss signed"היר"ה ס"ט" on leaf 119, a.
* Owner's signature on leaf 37a, Avraham de Boselado—in the book 'Zachreinu L'Chaim' (Salonika, 1867) he quotes several times from the memoirs of Rabbi Avraham de Boselado which are in manuscript form. In the book Bnei Yischak (Akshoti) Leaf 25b a eulogy for him is printed. Probably it is his signature here.
