Towards the end of 2008, the Jewish community in Brooklyn was in an uproar about the fact that in various shops around the city, there were packages of roasted sunflower seeds distributed with an antisemitic caricature on the packages depicting a Jew rubbing his hands together with a scheming look on his face and captions in Russian: "Regards from Israel" and "Spit Everywhere." Under pressure from the government, the packages were removed from the shelves.
Full package weighing 10.5 ounces, with a price tag of $1.99.
Very fine condition (besides the sunflower seeds).
