Rabbi Chaim Wolkin (born 1945, son of Rabbi Shmuel David), grandson of Rabbi Aharon Wolkin, was the Mashgiach of Yeshivat Ateret Yisrael. He served as the Mashgiach of Yeshivat Or Yisrael. He developed the moral method of his teacher, Rav Chaim Shmuelevitz Emphasis is placed on personal attention to each student, who leads private and short private committees for groups of 6-8 students in his home, lectures to students of Beit Yaakov, and gives several weekly lessons in English, and is guest of honor at the Conference of Jewish Communities in Buenos Aires Argentina in 2004. Under his leadership, a Talmud Torah for boys was opened in Toronto, Canada.
