A handwritten letter inscribed and stamped by the Gaon Rabbi Binyamin Halevi Movshovitz.
The letter is addressed to rabbis of the Chief Rabbinate of Tel Aviv-Jaffa, and he talks about identifying a person who was killed in a road disaster and left no sperm behind.

Rabbi Binyamin Halevi Movshovitz (1893 - 1952) was the rabbi of Kneizitz in Belarus, and after his immigration to Eretz Israel he served as rabbi of Herzliya and founder of the Sharon Yeshiva.
