שו"ת משיב כהלכה, חלק שני, על שו"ע אבהע"ז וחו"מ, מאת רבי אברהם זאב וואלף פרענקיל, בהוצאת נכדו רבי יהושע, קראקא תרמ"ה (1885).
הגה"ק רבי אברהם זאב וואלף פרענקיל - (תק"מ – תר"ט) היה מתלמידיו של ה'חוזה מלובלין' חתנו של רבי אברהם משה מפשווארסק, כיהן כרב בפשוורסק, ברודי ורישא.
בספר מופיעות הסכמות מגדולי האדמורי"ם והרבנים בדורו כמו הגאון רבי יוסף שאול נתנזון, הכתב סופר, ה"דברי חיים" מצאנז, השפת אמת מגור ועוד.
מאחורי דף השער מופיעה מדבקה של בית הספרים הלאומי: "מתנת הקהלה היהודית בוינה לזכר קרבנות השואה".
