צוואת הבעל שם, שנמצא באמתחת חסידא ופרישא רבי ישעיה מיאנוב. עם הנהגות ישרות מהמגיד ממעזריטש. ועם צוואת הרב הצדיק מתלמידי הריב"ש, ועוד. ירושלם, תש"ח.
המביא לדפוס ר' יעקב זאב בוך, כותב בעמוד האחרון, שמתחילת המלחמה של החיה הנאצית לא קיבל ידיעה מקרוביו: הוריו, אחות, אחיו וגיסו, והוא מקווה לשמוע בשורות טובות. ומכיון וכל עבודתם היתה "למען אשר יצוה את ביתו" וכו' לכן הוא מדפיס את הספר הזה לזכרון ולטובתם.
