ספר שו"ת מהר"ם בריסק, על ד' חלקי שלחן ערוך מאת רבי מרדכי בריסק אב"ד טאשנאד. טאשנאד, תרצ"ט – תש"ב [1942-1939]. מהדורה ראשונה.
הספר יצא לאור בחיי המחבר על ידי תלמידו וחתנו רבי שמואל גרינברג.
בטשאנד נדפסו רק ספרים עבריים בודדים. את החלק שלישי של הספר שלפנינו התחילו להדפיס, אך ההדפסה נקטעה בגין השואה.
המחבר הרב מרדכי בריסק - מהר"ם בריסק (תרמ"ו – תש"ד) היה מרבני טרנסילבניה הבולטים בדור שלפני השואה שבה נספה. כיהן כרב וכראש ישיבה בטשנד שהיתה הישיבה הגדולה ביותר בכל האזור גם כשטשנד צורפה להונגריה. המחבר וחתנו רבי שמואל גרינברג שהוציא לאור את הספר, נהרגו בשואה.
