תפלת א-ל מלך יושב על כסא רחמים. הנובר, ע"י שלמה בלאך, בדפוס טעלגנער. [1850 בערך].
דף בודד מודפס, עם תפלת א-ל מלך ובנוסף קטעים מ'ועל חטאים'.
הדף הזה נדפס לתועלת המתפללים שלא יצטרכו לחפש את התפלה הזו בדפי המחזור, כמה פעמים בכל תפלה.
