The printing of the Tanya is a spiritual request of the Rebbe, to ensure that the Tanya is printed wherever possible, with the spiritual goal of turning every corner of the world into a place from which the light of Hasidism is disseminated, thereby preparing the world for Moshiach. As part of the campaign, the Tanya was printed in more than 7,000 editions in various parts of the world and was translated into eleven languages and is considered the second book printed in the largest number of editions after the Bible.
