מהדורה חשובה של ארבעה טורים, שנדפסה ע"י רבי זרח ב"ר בנימין דיסקין אב"ד הוראדנא, אחיו של המהרי"ל דיסקין. המגיה רבי יעקב בכרך תיקן שגיאות רבות שהיו בהוצאות קודמות, והוסיף גירסאות על פי הוצאות קודמות.
בכל חלק נדפסו דברי הב"ח בסוף הכרך, עם שער מיוחד.
