קדושת לוי על התורה, מאת רבי לוי יצחק מברדיטשוב. [פולין רוסיה, ת"ר 1840 בערך].
הספר נדפס ללא מקום דפוס וללא תאריך ההדפסה.
הכיתוב בשער דומה למהדורה שרשומה בביבליוגרפיה שנדפסה בפולין – רוסיה בשנת ת"ר בערך. אך במהדורה ההיא יש מסגרת לשער, ובספר שלפנינו אין מסגרת.
מאחורי השער, נדפס באותיות גדולות: מודעה רבא, גם אלה לחכמים (אודות מה שמוזכר עכו"ם או גוי).
