סדר ברכת החמה שיצא לאור ע"י חברת תומכי תורה בעיר ווין, חברה שנוסדה ע"י האדמו"ר רבי ישראל מטשורטקוב ובנו הבכור רבי חיים אהרן – בהקדמה נכתב על החברה שהקימה בתי תלמוד תורה לידלים החל מהקריאה ועד לימוד ש"ס ופוסקים – ההכנסות מן הקונטרס מוקדשות לטובת החברה תומכי תורה – בשנה זו נדפס בווין קונטרס דומה שלא ע"י חברת תומכי תורה.
האדמו"ר רבי ישראל מטשוטקוב היה מחשובי האדמורים בדורו, במלחמת העולם הראשונה הוא עזב את עירו טשורטקוב ועבר לגור בווין, בה נפטר בשנת תרצ"ד, בנו רבי חיים אהרן נפטר בחיי אביו.
