בשנת תרכ"ב הודפס בברלין ספר 'משנה תורה' לרמב"ם ביזמתו של המו"ל המפורסם הרב נחמן אברהם גולדברג שאף הגיה את הספר. בשנת תרכ"ח נדפס הספר שוב בד"ס. לפנינו שני חלקים מדפוס זה הכרוכים יחד. חלק ז-נזיקין, קנין. וחלק ח- משפטים, שופטים.
מצב כללי טוב שער מודבק בחלקו מעט קרעים קלים.
