כתובה מודפסת - מינכן, תש"ז 1946. לנישואי החתן מיכאל בן אליעזר הלוי עם הכלה חיי' בת דוד... בשלישי בשבת יום ראשון לחדש טבת שנת חמשת אלפים ושבע מאות ושבע, לבריאת העולם למנין שאנו מנין כאן ק"ק מינכן". בסוף הכתובה חתימות העדים "ברוך בן מנחם מנדל עד" "יעקב בן יחזקאל עד".
הכתובה עצמה נדפסה לפני התאריך הנ"ל, עבור שארית הפליטה במינכן.
בחלקה העליון של הכתובה חותמת רבנות במינכן.
מידות: 29*21 ס"מ.
