The book was written by Karl Schwarz, who was the director of the new Tel Aviv Museum, which at this point had existed for less than a decade. Includes chapters on the various types of art - sculpture, painting, architecture, etc. - and 130 black and white reproductions. Among the artists: Yoזef Bוdko, Boris Schatz, Batya Lishansky, Aryeh Eloil, Aryeh Arokh, Nachum Gutman, Miron Sima, Anna Ticho, and many more.
Hebrew, 178 pages, 23x16 cm. Good overall condition, tears in the dust-jacket.
