Also a nice selection of sci-fi and pocket books, signed books, numbered editions and antique books, including "A nice and pleasant book" - an astronomical treatise in Hebrew from the 18th century.

All books have an introductory price of $10.

A beautiful and ancient edition of Joannis Rosini's book "Roman Antiquities", a comprehensive historical work originally published in 1585. The book is bound in parchment and includes a folding and illustrated map of Rome, as well as a stunning engraving on the first page, in addition to five more engravings throughout the book.
Latin, 916 pages + index, 26X21 cm. Good general condition: tears at the edges of the cover and some of the margins of the pages, cover detaches from the inside, worm marks.
