Responsa Maharshal. Fürth, 1768
Sefer “Responsa – Rashal” – Rabbeinu Shlomo Luria, with a gloss by his grandson, “And so it is… by my grandfather the Rashal” – Fürth, 1768.
Rabbinical exemplar.
Responsa by Rabbeinu Shlomo son of Rabbi Yechiel Luria (Maharshal) with several handwritten glosses throughout the Sefer. In several, he mentions the Maharshal, his grandfather. One gloss says: “and so it is in Yam Shel Shlomo by my grandfather the Rashal in Chullin”.
Two stamps on the title page, “Yaakov Barmis” and “Avraham Aryeh Leib Rosen, Av Beis Din of Moineşti and the environs”, as well as other handwritten ownership notations.
