Responsa of the Geonim, the short responsa, based on the Constantinople, 1575 edition. Prague, ca. 1590.
Signatures on the title page, and a signature of Rabbi Avraham Trienfeld (mid-19th century Rabbi in Szczecin) on the front flyleaf. Illustrated title page, with an illustration of a shield with the Star of David. This symbol had appeared on the flag of the Prague community since 1345, and went on to become a symbol representing the Jewish nation.
[46] pp. Worn cover, partially detached. Several pages and galleys are detached. Detached title page with sliced-off margins. Pastings on the perimeter of several pages, with the damaged text filled in in handwriting. Stains. Fair condition.
