Manuscript. Bircat Hachama, 1953
Bircat Hachamah for the year 1953. Handwritten.

The prayers for Bircat Hachama, Solitreo handwriting, “from this our year 5713 (1953) that will be upon us for good, on the Wednesday of Shabbos Parshat Shmini, the 23rd of Nissan (Apr. 8, 1953), which is the beginning of the Large Cycle #205”.

The text of Bircat Hachama in this item is apparently based on a shortened version of this blessing that appears in the Gaon, Rabbi Chaim Chizkiyahu Medini’s “Sdei Chemed” (Asifat Hadayanim, I, Order 8, pg. 195), of the wording of Rabbi Chaim Palaji (as brought in Sefer “Petch Hadvir”), and the wording used by the Chassam Sofer.

[1] p. Written on both sides. Solitreo handwriting. Signed by Yitzchak Elroha Elfawa. Good
condition.
