The pamphlet originally came in a simple paper binding, but this exemplar has been rebound.
“Tafsir Darshi Tefillin Belvazi Farsi”, a speech for Bar Mitzvah regarding putting on Tefillin. Persian transliterated to Hebrew with some actual Hebrew parts. Printed in Jerusalem by Aharon ben Mashiach Bassal Rishkardi OBM… via the proofreader Ben-Tion Shaulov. The year 1916 is mentioned in the preface, meaning the Sefer was published close to that year.
