Letter regarding difficult issues of Agunos. Sent by the Gaon Rabbi Aharon Yaakov Klepfisch to the great Gaon Rabbi Shlomo David Kahana, Raavad of Warsaw and Rabbi of the Old City in Yerushalayim. Jerusalem, 1943.
The long letter spreads on both sides of a large folio. It is filled with sharp discourses on the topic of Agunos, starting with the foundations of the Halacha in the Gemara and down to final rulings.
