A list for the rabbis in charge of charity with a list of individuals and families of the poor of Jerusalem who were listed as part of Kollel Sovlak and Lomzha, who needed assistance during the days of hunger and trouble of World War I. [4/09/1917].
[2] keaves with a list of names and details in [5] colums. The many names include important rabbis who eventually became managers of the Kollel including Rabbi Moshe Aharon Galav, Rabbi Alter Hacohen and Rabbi Yaakov Moshe Harlap. The list was written during World War I, in a time of trouble and distress, hunger and opression, several months before the British conquered the country from the Ottomans.
