Responsa Handwritten by the Great Gaon Rabbi Chaim Kanievsky
Responsa on the management of the house, Davar Hasamuy min Ha'ayin and additional matters, handwritten by the great Gaon Rabbi Chaim Kanievsky, from his later years when he rarely wrote responses to questions he was asked.
This special leaf contains Rabbi Chaim Kanievsky's special blessing 'ברכה והצלחה' (blessing and success) although the addressee of the letter who had written the questions to Rabbi Chaim did not ask for one. In a rare manner, Rabbi Chaim added a fifth clause (the four preceding ones being answers to the questions he was asked) with the blessing 'בו"ה', his famed, unique and touching blessing that includes all possible blessings.
One of the interesting questions was whether it is permitted to disclose one's income to the members of the family or whether it was Davar Hasamuy min Ha'ayin. Rabbi Chaim Kanievsky answer indicates that he had thoroughly studied the matter.
In addition, he decisively writes that a pregnant woman should not enter the Rashbi's gravesite in Meron, which is a novelty.
