Beis Tolna: the Holy Rav Rabbi Yochonon of Tolna and His Descendants

Collection of letters of Beis Tolna, by the Admor the holy Rav Rabbi Yochonon of Tolna, one of the elder Tzaddikim of the previous generation and letters by his grandsons headed by his successor the Admor of Tolna Shalita. 


* An important condolence letter signed by the holy Rav of Tolna on official stationery and with the original envelope. 

In his letter, which he writes 'with a broken heart', he consoles the important and dear Porush family for the death of their son and brother. He ends 'May you find comfort in the work for the good of all and soon see the raising of the horn of Torah the building of Jerusalem...' and adds his handwritten signature. Jerusalem, 1987.


* Lengthy and important letter handwritten and signed by the Admor of Tolna Shalita the Tzaddik Rav Rabbi Yitzchak Menachem Weinberg, on his official stationery. 

His letter deals with saving an observant physician from being fired and from false accusations. 

Fascinating and important letter. No date. Ca. 2000s.


* Document pertaining to the Admor of Tolna Shalita joining the ranks of Agudas Yisroel, payment of membership fees and more. Handwritten and signed by him from the days he was an Avrech. A document from 1973. 


* Letter with the logo of the Tolna yeshiva and its Kollel Avrechim, signed by the grandsons of the Admor Rabbi Yochonon and by the activists of Bayis Vagan, who wish to stand besdie the Kollel and assist it since the Admor's health is faltering and he cannot raise funds for the Kollel. It should be noted that the grandsons write that their grandfather 'is the most modest man in the world'.

* Enclosed is also the response letter to the request to assist the Kollel, including the amount of 200 Israeli Lira.
