[12], 96 leaves, 23 cm. Approbations by the Geonim the Sho'el UMeshiv, Rabbi Yosef Shaul Halevi Nathanson of Lvov, the Maharshak Rabbi Shlomo Kluger of Brody and (on leaf 91, 2) by the author of Kitzur Shulchan Aruch Rabbi Shlomo Ganzfried of Ungvar. Owner's stamp "Yechezkel Meizlish" and a bookplate of Rabbi S. Bozan of Chicago.
The leaf with the table of errors was bound in the middle of the approbation leaves and the index leaves are bound at the beginning of the Sefer, whereas in other copies they are bound at its end.
Rabbi Yissachar Dov ben Rabbi Yosef Episdorf (ca. 1820-1870) - sixth generation from Rabbi Yissachar Dov Av Beis Din of Zlotshov. Lived in Yabrov, the son-in-law of Rabbi Gedalay David of Premishlan. His Sefer, Seder Avodas Hayom, introduces a compilation of Dinim by Poskim, with their reasoning, sources and innovations. Left a manuscript of section II of his Sefer on Hilchos Shabbas and Yoreh Deah. A second edition of his Sefer was published only in 2008.
Wear to binding, torn flyleaf, tears due to wear, minor blemishes and gluing to the edges of some leaves, blemish to spine, stains, moth holes, fair condition.
