"They have stipulated to behave according to the custom of the Ashkenazim of this city ... and the laws of Emperor and king Ferdinando I"; Ketubah by the bridegroom R. Yosef ben R. Yaakov Yeshuron for the bride the widow Mrs. Rosa the daughter of R. Yaakov Hacohen. Venice, [1839]. 


Shtar Ketubah, [41] cm. [29] lines in scribal script, ink on vellum. [3] signatures in a foreign language. On the back of the Shtar, special stamps confirming the payment for the contract.
