The signature of Maran the holy Rav of Zvhil on triple blessings for offspring, longevity and livelihood and all that one wishes for.
A special form of blessings given as a receipt for donors of charity for the renowned holy Rav Rabbi Mordechai of Zvhil author of 'Yekara DeMalka', one of the greatest Tzaddikim of the previous generation and the beloved grandson of the holy Rabbi Shlomk'eh of Zvhil.
The forms contains the official logo of Rabbi Mordechai Goldman ben HaRav Gedalya Moshe of Zvhil and on it, the names of the donors were filled-in.
The Rebbe blesses 'My prayer to G-d that they be blessed with the triple blessings of offspring, longevity and livelihood and may Hashem Yisborach fulfill their wishes for the best and they succeed in all that they do'.
