Pedigreed copy. Siddur Kol Yaakov with Kavanot on Derech HaEmes by Rabbi Yaakov Kopil Ish Lifshitz (one of the greatest Kabbalists in the generation before the Besht), Lemberg, 1859.
The personal copy of the Gaon Rabbi Yosef Yoske Westreich Av Beis Din of Grybów and Kantshiga (1810-1883), one of the greatest rabbis of Galicia in his generation. Corresponded on Halachic matters with the Holy Rav of Sanz and responses to him were printed in Shut Divrei Chaim. His stamp appears on the title page and on the last leaf (as well as an ownership notation) and many editings by him appear among the leaves of the Siddur.

Stains, the body of the Sefer is slightly falling apart and partly detached from the binding, moth preforations, fair condition.
