הבחירות לכנסת הרביעית התקיימו ב-3 בנובמבר 1959, ב' בחשוון ה'תש"ך, ותוצאות הבחירות קבעו את הרכב הסיעות בכנסת הרביעית. הבחירות נערכו בתקופת שיא כוחה של מפא"י בראשות דוד בן-גוריון. בבחירות אלו זכתה מפא"י בהישג הגדול בתולדותיה – 47 מנדטים.
