Segula for blessing! Priestly blessing in the handwriting of the Ben Ish Chai. Rare!

Most precious of finds! Commentary on the priestly blessing, in the Ben Ish Chai's handwriting.

Rabeinu Yosef Chaim (1835-1909) was the spiritual leader of Iraqi Jewry “the last sage of the era of halachic rulings from Sephardic Jewry” (in the words of Rabbi Ben Zion Abba Shaul). He was born in Baghdad and studied with that city’s Torah giants, who at that time were headed by Rabbi Abdullah Somech.

The great kabbalist Rabbi Shlomo Elyashiv, author of Haleshem called Rabbi Yosef Chaim “unique in his generation in his knowledge of the revealed and hidden Torah.” His student Rabbi Ben Zion Chazan said, “If Israel had listened to the prophets in those days the way people listen to our rabbi in our times, the Beit Hamikdash would not have been destroyed, and we would not have been exiled from our land.”
Fine condition. Beautiful leather binding.
