Degay Aleksandr Nikolayevich (1890, St. Petersburg - 1962, Buenos Aires).
Graphic designer. He graduated from the Alexander Military School and was promoted to officer (1910). He worked as an illustrator, a specialist in military costumes. He created a large series of drawings of the military in the form of various Italian army units (Carabinieri Corps, Bersaglieri Corps, Financial Guard, etc.), made a number of paintings for military historical museums, painted for the Italian military magazine Esercito e Nazione (Army and People). Collaborated with the Royal Theater of Rome, the author of costumes for the Italian comedy "Bertoldo, Bertoldino e Cacasenno" (1937). In the mid-1950s, he designed productions for the Argentino theater in La Plata.
