Kozlinsky Vladimir Ivanovich (1891-1967).
Vladimir Kozlinsky studied at the Higher School of Arts affiliated with the Academy of Arts from 1911 to 1917. Together with Lebedev and Brodaty, he was a founding member of the Okna ROSTA artist group from 1919 to 1921. After moving to Moscow, the artist cartooned for satirical magazines and worked as stage designer for Moscow theaters such as Bolshoy, Maly, MkhAT, and Lenkom. He was the Maly Theater’s art director from 1947 to 1954 and also worked for Moscow publishing houses.
