HaAttad - showing children. Meshek Yagur Farm, Sukkot [1937]

HaAttad - Special Publication for Sukkot, Stencil Printing - Meshek Yagur, 1937.

Children's Show - Singing and playing a musical accompaniment and public singing. The publication is based on the Yotam parable from shoftim Chapter 9, but the meaning of the parable has been converted to the Zionist moral of the Land of Israel. The reasoning of the Lebanese cedars who do not wish to prosecute the Atad appears in the form of taking root in Israel: "We will raise our tops to the sky ... In the dirt we will strike the root so we bloom forever."   Bible verses appear in print, and additions in correspondence. Rare publication.

[6] leaves. 21 cm. Duplicate leaves (each pair of leaves attached at the edges). Some stains on title page. Good -very  good condition.
