A Russian Collectible Military Uniform Book by Vvedenskiy
A first edition military book. Five Centuries of Russian Military Uniform. Encyclopedia of the Russian Army. In the Russian language; by G. Vvedensky. The author is Georgy Edisherovich Vvedensky - candidate of cultural studies, head of the military-historical department of the Tsarskoye Selo State Museum-Reserve. The book gives an analysis of the development of a military suit from the time of the archers to the present day. A large illustrated glossary of terms represents the etymology of words, their foreign equivalents, and the history of the subject indicated by the term. The entire graphic series is built on genuine exhibits of museums in St. Petersburg. Out of print.
