Anthology of poems composed by Mordechai Gebirtig during the Holocaust, including his celebrated poem "Our Town Is Burning" (the anthology is named after the first word of this poem in Yiddish – "S'brent" – "It is burning"). With sheet music for three of the poems and two prints (portrait of the author and a page of sheet music in his handwriting). The cover illustration is signed on the plate: "Abba".
A list of publications by the Jewish Historical Commission in Kraków was added at the end of the book (some may have never been published).
