A Fine Silver "Lazem" Necklace, Yemen, Late 19th Century
Composed of five elements finely decorated with filigree in the traditional motif and connected between them by 5 rows of silver beads. Suspended from the main necklace are antique coins, alternating with small amulet cases, all terminating in beaded tassels.
