Glosses with kabbalic contents in ancient Ashkenazi handwriting.
Rabbi Menachem Azaria of Pano [1548-1620], an outstanding kabbalist. On the title page is a quote from a note by HASHLA"H recommending the study of "Yonat Elem", "as most of his writings are true and possibly all of them and even if there is a small mistake it is insignificant".
