Draft of agreement between Ashkenazi and Sephardi communities, regarding division of recognition rights of yeshivot, for purpose of exemptions from the army by the Ottoman authorities in Constantinople. Jerusalem,

The agreement determines "mutual efforts… to demand the rights of the torah scholars… both communities will send emissaries to Constantinople and perhaps also to Damascus, [and the expenses will be] two thirds on the Ashkenazi community and one third on the Sephardi community".
