Divrei Rivot. Venice, 1586. Signature and Glosses.
She'elot U'Teshuvot HaNikra Divrei Rivot by Rabbi Shmuel Aderabi. Second, precise edition which was printed just five years after the first edition.
Rabbinic owner's signature on the title page: "Purchased here in Lvov, 24 Cheshvan 1865, Asher Anshel Ashkenazi," who is possibly Rabbi Asher Anshel of Stanislov, author of Shemen Rosh. Handwritten comments on leaf 80 and leaf 178.
Rabbi Yitzchak Aderabi [c. 1520-1572] was Av Beit Din and one of the rabbis of Salonika. He studied under Rabbi Yosef Tiatatzk together with the Maharsha"m. He was appointed to the rabbinate at a young age, and led Kahal Sepharadi-Kahal Shalom. He was resolute in his decisions, and due to differences of opinion in halachah between himself and other rabbis, he called this book Divrei Rivot. He also authored Divrei Shalom, which is comprised of three sermons (Salonika, 1540).
