Jerusalem, [1866]. Yisrael Beck Press. Two different title pages.
Leaf preceding title page contains fine inscription in handwriting of publisher who writes in Sephardic [!] writing and signs according to Sephardic custom “Schneur Zalman son-in-law of Rabbi Menachem”. At conclusion of inscription he notes: “… may the merit of the righteous protect him to succeed in his endeavors…” and he adds on margins: “Safeguard for home”.
[4], [83] leaves. Faulty pagination. 20.5 cm. Good-fair condition, wear and tear on first leaves. Original worn binding.
