"Zichron Yerushalayim" with separate title page, about the geography of Eretz Yisrael, summary of communities, places of "chesed" and holy sites in Eretz Yisrael, lists of philanthropists throughout the world and printings of many illustrations of holy sites in Eretz Yisrael.
A nice dedication with a request to a wealthy man "to help me marry my youngest son", signed and stamped by the author (who writes the dedication in Sefardic writing and signs as a Sefardi "Shneur Zalman son of R' Menachem").
