Large collection of Halachic rulings and Shtarot Beit Din from the city of Fez, [most regarding the property of Rabbi Masud Azulai]. Signed by the rabbis of the city (1905-1960). Together with a collection of various manuscripts, Morocco, 20th century.
Shtarot and Halachic rulings:
* Shtarot Beit Din from 1909-1912 signed by rabbis: Rabbi Yosef ben Na'im [author of Malkei Rabanan], Rabbi Abba Atiye and Rabbi Yitzchak Ebn Denan. * Two notebooks of copies of Shtarot Beit Din from the 19th century with many signatures of Rabbi Yosef HaLevi Ebn Yuli, Rabbi Yosef ben Na'im [author of Malkei Rabanan] and Rabbi Raphael Ya'akov ben Atar – who verify the copy made in 1905. At the end of one of the notebooks appears a Halachic ruling from 1917 signed by Rabbi Chaim Siriro, Rabbi Shlomo Ebn Denan [Ra'avad of Fez, author of Asher LiShlomo and Bakesh Shlomo] and Rabbi Matitya Siriro. * Halachic rulings on official stationery of the Beit Din in Fez, most from 1942-1960, signed by the Chief Rabbi of Morocco Rabbi Yedidya Monsoniego, Rabbi Shmuel Ebn Denan and Rabbi Yehuda ben Atar. * Personal Letter with some interesting esoteric content by Rabbi Yedidya Monsoniego, addressed to his son Rabbi Rachamim.
